Boundary condition for each subdomain.
Firstly, the prescribed displacements are specified, then, after a row of zeros, the tractions. In the first column the first node (element in case of presribed traction)
for which the prescrption is valid,
in the second column, the last node (or element). In the third and fourth column there is a zero if the component in x1 direction is not prescribed, 1 otherwise.
In the fourth column the same, but for the component in x2 direction. Finally, in the 5th and 6th column, the prescribed values for the displacements or tractions in x1 and
x2 direction respectively.
