Workshop registration and hotel reservation

Please complete the registration form below and send it back to the Public Relations Unit of the Joint Research Centre at your earliest convenience but not later than 30 June 2003. If you fly to Milan Malpensa aiport please provide also your flight numbers so that transport can be arranged to and from the hotel. Transport is provided by the JRC (please click here for further details). 

This registration form will also be used to book your hotel room (see also link to Venue and Accomodation). Workshop attendees must pay rooms and services directly to the hotel upon check-out.

Registration fees

The regular registration fee is 250 Euro. The registration fee for undergraduate and graduate students is 200 Euro (a copy of a proof or a supporting letter from a faculty staff member is to be sent to Paul Smits by fax +390332789803). 

 The fee includes attendance to the MultiTemp-2003 workshop, lunches and coffee breaks (16-18 July 2003), the workshop proceedings, and the social dinner on 16 July 2003. 

 Only bank transfers are acceptable. The money should be sent to:

 Please send a copy of the bank transfer via fax to Paul Smits (+390332789803). You will get a receipt at the workshop. Receipts not collected will be sent after the workshop by normal mail. There will be  no reimbursement for services or items not used. In order to have your paper included in the proceedings, at least one author must pay the registration fee by June 12, 2003. 
 Also, please remember to send the registration_form.doc by fax to the Public Relations Office of the JRC as soon as possible if not already done so. The fax number is indicated on the form.
